From the earliest moments of childhood, God planted a seed that would one day grow into Inside Out Family Care Center LLC. Young and navigating deep hurt and experiences no child should ever endure, found refuge in writing stories—stories centered around a horse named “Bubbles.” What wasn’t known then was that the Hebrew word for horse, “sus,” carries themes of strength, swiftness, and rescue—quiet echoes of the Savior who was already watching over her life.
During those difficult years, one Scripture whispered repeatedly in the whispers of heart:
“Be still, and know that I am God.”
Not fully grasp its meaning, the voice of God rested gently over fears. With a simple floppy disk and the imagination of a child longing for safety, written in and saved in the 1980s—never realizing that “Bubbles” was a shadow, a reflection, a symbol of Jesus Himself. A protector. A constant companion. A faithful guide through deserts, mountains, and the storms of growing up as an underprivileged child in the American Southwest.
Two decades later, around 2009, God brought a voice of encouragement, the breathe of life through a dear friend and mentor, Marlene Hoenig of Cinderella Released Ministries.
Thanking God for placing, Marlene in community, she urged to continue! “It” was doing….. serving single teen mothers and many championed the calling. That same year, an employer sponsored the registration of a nonprofit corporation—one that, in God’s perfect timing, would remain dormant for sixteen years until the appointed moment.
In 2025, after dedicating 21 days to prayer and fasting, the Lord breathed fresh life into the vision. Joy returned. Clarity came. And another Scripture rose to the forefront of her spirit:
“Come to Me, all who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.”
With renewed strength and a heart full of expectancy, stepping into the calling God had written long ago. Now, with the unwavering support of family, and a growing circle of Christ-centered believers, standing ready to walk out the mission God created in spirit as we were yet children.
Inside Out Family Care Center LLC is not just a nonprofit—it is a testimony. A declaration of God’s redemption. A living proclamation that even in the deepest valleys, “Look at God!”
